🕓 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out is not permitted without prior approval.
• Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees where applicable.

👥 Guests & Visitors

• Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and the residential community.

🏊 Pool Safety

• Children must be supervised by an adult whenever they are in or around the pool area.
• No diving or running around the pool.
• No glass containers in or around the pool.
• The pool is for registered guests only.
• Please keep the pool gate closed when the pool area is not being actively used.
• Please follow all posted pool safety instructions.

🚭 Smoking

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

🏡 Taking Care of the Home

• Please report any damage or maintenance issue as soon as possible.
• Do not move furniture between rooms.
• Please use coasters, mats, and other provided protective items to help prevent stains and scratches.
• Please treat the home and its contents with care.

🗑️ Trash

• Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Please do not leave food, trash, or other waste outside the home.

🔐 Security

• Please keep doors and windows secured when leaving the property.
• Do not share your personal door access code with anyone outside your registered group.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the entrances and perimeter of the property. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

🪪 Primary Guest

• The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the stay.
• A valid government-issued ID may be requested to verify the primary guest's identity and age before check-in.
