Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are structured as follows:

• Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% partial refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, as well as no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable.

Payment & ReservationTerms

• Secure Payment Processing: All bookings are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
• Payment Requirement: To confirm your reservation, payment must be completed through our secure checkout system.
• Security & Privacy: Your financial information is end-to-end encrypted and handled directly by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
